Before returning
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please keep your order number and original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact the studio with your order number, billing email and the items you would like to return or exchange. We will confirm the return instructions and any applicable collection cost before you send anything.
Refunds
Returned pieces are checked when received. We will confirm your refund or exchange once approved. Cash-on-delivery refunds require a suitable transfer method agreed with you.
